Did 45 minutes this morning, 30 medium intensity, 15 high - too early to make a judgement, but it did wake me up really well! Just did my last 15 minutes for the day.

  • If you haven't already go onto the Philips site and do the test regarding your sleeping patterns, you get some decent information out of it, as well as a little schedule of use, ie best times and how long.

As it is the main thing is don't use it at night, unless you're a night worker I guess :D

I used mine this morning for 45 minutes on medium.
Was really awake for an hour then had overwhelming fatigue & had to go to bed lol :D
I have got ms though, so fatigue is normal.
Hopefully I'll be more awake after a few weeks.

    I can't find the test
  • I've had 3 emails about this now.

Think I might go for it, I ignored it at first thinking it was just a lightbulb, but now I'm intrigued as I was looking into this last year.

Surely getting this for £48 is better than paying what Amazon are asking for?!
    =)
