  • Best you contact the person in charge to try and get an adaptor sent to you ASAP,

One odd thing I noticed about the one I got is I got 2 instruction booklets with it that are identical!

so there should be an adaptor in the box - everyone else has received one?

Thats not what s/he asked, the one we get is priced at a discounted £199 making it 99 with the additional discount, theres another one on the site that looks similar for £149, I cant open the page to see the specific differences as it crashes my browser.

Yes I see what you mean , Its on special at £199 so it does make it £99 with the voucher .

The adaptor is of the make Ktec and is rated at 9.5 V DC, it's like this one (but smaller and white with lower voltage):

Just tried to order a HF3330 model using the code, it applies as £50 off.

Oh I see - I have a white one but it is only a 2 pin one - really odd :(
  • You should have a 3 prong adaptor with it, you then push the open button (under the prongs on actual adaptor) and remove the 2 prongs. You then put the 3 prong one on, you'll see what I mean if you have all the parts.

Thank you so much for your help - no I am definitely missing a 3 prong adaptor. Have emailed Bzzagent about it.

Thank you - I only have 2 and they are both only 2 pin. Have gone through the packaging twice and it definitely is missing.
  • In the meantime to save you waiting you can probably pick up a suitable adaptor in a pound shop.

Noticed it says to charge for 8 hours but my one was finished inside of 6, turned it on and it sure is bright (even in the peripheral vision you are to use it in).
