Mine arrived today, just charging it now. Has anyone read how far away you place it from you?
  • Guess I'll get mine Monday, was hoping it would arrive today :)
The goLITE BLU produces only the necessary action spectrum of light. This allows the goLITE to achieve the same results as the briteLITE, but in a hand-held, portable device. The goLITE BLU's effective distance is from 20–30 inches or 50–76 cm.

You can go here: http://www.lighttherapy.philips.com/ and there is a test to see if you have a problem, and if so what type. Worth doing :)

Its now £48!!!!!!! When I looked originally it was £40 now they are asking "To participate in this BzzCampaign there is a small fee of £40* for the product and £8 for VAT".

Blink....and inflation takes hold....even on BzzAgent!!!! LOL! Needless to say I am not going to pay their VAT fee, which, as a company...shouldn't they be able to claim back anyway????

Hang on, I don't get this.

VAT has gone up from 15% to 20%.

20% of £40 = £8 so the £48 would be correct in this case.

However, that then means that anyone who paid £40 for the product paid 0% VAT rather than the original 15%!

That makes it particularly unfair as it means some participants paid the new tax rate and some paid none at all!

Out of interest was anyone asked about pre-existing eye disorders before being accepted for this campaign?

I e-mailed saying I was annoyed with the increase. They say it was their error and it should always have been £48.

  • I've not been informed of the extra £8 charge, I have authorised £40 so they can't take more that surely? I'd pay the extra £8 anyway to be honest, but won't be very happy if they've taken it without my knowledge!

Mine has just arrived , smaller than I thought , Loads of £100 off vouchers to give out , but only to be used on the Philips Site . Now all I have to do is work out how to put the plug on to charge it.
Never pay more than you have too

    Edit//

Just arrived :) It is smaller than I imagined, but seems to be of a high quality.
