I have got my buzz kit now there was two 10 pound vouchers to use on there v power petrol or v power deisel or in the shop then there were 8 packs to give out when you buzz to other people and all of the vouchers were 4x2 pounds and didn't expire till 27 of jan and the card to collect points was in there to. Then there was also a very nice black pen with v power on it and a little model car spider 360 that you could pull back and moved mover the floor. There is also card for you with 4 2 pounder vouchers to use but two of them have run out now and you have to fill up with 20l to use the 2 pound vouchers. Hope that helps all of you who are looking forward to getting you kits :-)

just recived another email from buz says sorry all buzkits have been sent out and there is no more left. some are turning up late due to xmas post. if u dont recive it then it will not effect your status.

I have also been waiting for my bzz kit that was shipped via fedex on the 7th. :mad:

I also emailed bzz and got the same reply about not being able to send out replacements. :mad:

What i want to know is where have all the bzz kits gone as i know of 5 other people in the same boat as me and all of you on the forums aswell.

Surely if these have been shipped there must be some record and if they got sent back why can they not re issue them as it has our names on them.

Either that or someone is having a jolly good xmas with free fuel. :mad::mad:

Still not got mine. Have any of the kits FedEx'd on 7th December arrived? I buzzed a very negative report about how upset I was that I had arranged for friends to come over to get their vouchers and couldn't. I got a noce reply from Jono who said to e-mail support, but then, like you, have heard nothing further. I am a level 5 buzz agent, and gave up an early invite for this campaign. I am not at all happy!

I'm not happy either. My bzzkit hasnt arrived and I've had the copy and paste email basically saying tough, if it doesnt arrive, not our problem email.

I'm not sure I believe its actually been sent to be honest, mine hasnt arrived, my mums, boyfriends and my friend hasnt had theirs either (we're all in different UK locations) so seems very dodgey. Used my early invite on the 24th November too so have been waiting patiently so far!!

I got my Bzzkit last week. Delivered by Fed-Ex with no 2 x £10 vouchers inside.

I went to fill up at Shell yesterday, using 10 x £2 vouchers (min fill 20litres). I went in and asked if I could use them before I filled up!
The man behind the counter seemed dubious about them but I pointed out that it says on the back "redeemable up to £50". He told me he'd never seen £2 vouchers before but he'd accept them.
I then put £24 worth of fuel in (just over 20 litres), went in to pay with vouchers and the man quibbled over them! He wanted my name, phone number and registration "just in case". I gave them, knowing that the vouchers are actually valid and an acceptable payment method. I don't see how there could be any comeback anyway. He accepted them at the time.

Just thought I'd warn people that not all garage staff seem to understand the jargon on the back of the voucher!

To be honest, i think Bzz 'lost' an entire set of bzzkits, as i cannot believe that so many people haven't had their kits when most of us were on early invites??? Seems incredibly bad PR to me, not just with the bzz agents but also Shell, as certainly I'm talking about V Power... and the kit promised versus the cut and paste email telling me kits were sent but if they are lost tough. If they were genuinely sent, surely Bzz will be claiming some compensation for the loss of these parcels??? and can pass this back to us in shell vouchers????? Hmm... Bzz.. I think you are telling Porkies.

I just checked my account and it says my shell kit was shipped on 7th Dec, so I think it is fair to assume it is not coming. I don't think I am going to bother with Bzz agent anymore. The Remington campaign was a rip off and now this one not turning up. Ever since they changed the reporting requirements, bzz has been going down hill.
