If it says on the back that you can use a total of £50 worth of vouchers in one go then you should be able to.
I'm going to ring the Shell garage that we pass on our way to the relatives tomorrow to ask them (well, pre-warn them) about me using the vouchers.
If they refuse them, I sit there until they take them!

I am useless when it comes litres etc, does anyone know how much in money 20 litres would cost please?

  • just over £20,

    say its 1.13p per litre
    thats 1.13 X 20 = £22.60p
all petrol stations have different prices
  • I've just had an email from Bzz. I had emailed them to say I didn't think much of their generic response and also emailed Shell. Now they are going to honour the original letter so hopefully a few more of you will be receiving emails like this! :j

"First, we’d like to assure you that we will be providing you with the full £20 value of the fuel vouchers promised to you in the covering letter in your BzzKit. We expect to send these vouchers to you soon, and will send you an e-mail with further details to confirm shortly.

Second, we would like to offer our sincere apologies for the confusion that you may have experienced thus far in this Campaign. Regrettably, when we shipped BzzKits to Agents, the covering letter mistakenly stated that £10 fuel vouchers were included, which was not the case for all campaign participants.

We would also like to note that this error was entirely ours, and in no way should affect your opinion of Shell, or Shell V-Power and Shell V-Power Diesel.

If you have any further questions, please do NOT contact Shell customer support. Instead, please contact us directly at 0800 622 6045 or via email at jono@bzzagent.co.uk.

Again, we sincerely apologise for any confusion this has caused."
