    I also got the email saying I would now get the vouchers.

    Doesn't anybody else find it odd that they can suddenly find vouchers for all the people they didn't send them to and also that we are not supposed to contact Shell about it.

    I think bzz tried it on with this campaign, and people have emailed Shell and bzz have been find out.

    I am not at all impressed with bzz, especially after all that rubbish about a "typo".

    STILL NO BUZZ KIT AND THEY ONLY REPLIED WHEN I FILLED A REPORT SAYING I DID NOT GET IT.

  • The sender address on my FedEx box was from a logistics solutions company?!

    I think that all the FedEx boxes (pack 2) were without vouchers so they will go by these to send out the vouchers, so nobody will get duplicates.
    At least everyone will now get their vouchers which is more than fair. Bzzagent are (hopefully!) delivering what they promised.

    They've possibly asked people not to contact Shell as Bzzagent have the contract and Shell are getting fed up of the calls/emails. I guess Shell cannot remedy the problem.

    Anyway, regardless of what has happened I don't think there'll be a repeat. Everyone has now been promised vouchers, even if we did have to protest a little!
    Let's update everyone on our voucher delivery and put this one to bed :)

    Great - but how many more of the vouchers are going to expire in that time? (ie: by 18 January)

    Also, allowing them another week to get a replacement pack out will then mean that we've got a week left to try the fuel ourselves & Bzz like mad.

    bzz have just emailed me back saying the pack should have been there now, if not email back, and its not here, prob be waiting another week for a reply

    We are terribly sorry that you have not received your Shell BzzKit yet. The kits have indeed been mailed out and we believe that they should have arrived by now. However, some agents have just recently received their kits in the past few days, and what with the mail being heavily used during the holidays it could be that your BzzKit has been delayed a bit after we sent them out. So there is indeed the chance that it will arrive still!

    Unfortunately, however, if the BzzKit does not arrive we are completely out of supplies for this campaign. We do apologize for this, but we were not left with any extra materials after fulfilling all of the BzzKits that were mailed out. So while we do hope that your BzzKit makes it to you in the next few days, if for some reason it does not we will be unable to send you a replacement kit. Again, our apologies if this happens, but in that event that it might, your account will in no way be affected negatively.

    I think you are only going to be sent the £20 vouchers missing from your original pack if you actually complain, rather than everyone in the second wave of invites delivered by FedEx.

    My sister and I, who both emailed Bzz to object, have both had the email about £20 vouchers now being sent, but mr violetta - who did not bother to complain - did not get the 'sorry - now we are sending you the vouchers" email.
