If they were sent by Fed Ex then surely they should have some form of tracking number?
I'm starting to think that they were never actually sent.0 -
Finally got my vouchers accepted at my local station. The issue where they were not accepted before has been resolved.
Also, for those who have not got their packs yet, dont worry. My friend just got his on Monday even though his said it was sent on 7 Dec. Also it came by Royal Mail as did mine. Need i say any more.

I entered this campaign late. The pack was delivered by TNT.0 -

My parcel sent by FedEx, indeed had a tracking number and had to be signed for when it was delivered. So you would think Bzz would be able to see where the missing parcels have gone astray and be able to claim for these from FedEx!!!0 -
royal mail brought mine, no need to sign0

I have complained via email 3 times about the missing £20 vouchers and not had a reply at all, I have also emailed asking if I am going to get them now like others have been promised and guess what, no reply.
Its very rude not to reply at all and I am fed up with Bzz now dont know if I can be bother to carry on with them any more.I think you are only going to be sent the £20 vouchers missing from your original pack if you actually complain, rather than everyone in the second wave of invites delivered by FedEx.
My sister and I, who both emailed Bzz to object, have both had the email about £20 vouchers now being sent, but mr violetta - who did not bother to complain - did not get the 'sorry - now we are sending you the vouchers" email. It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for something you are not.
