Well I'm giving up on Bzzagent - since signing up I've had no surveys to get me beyond the bottom 'solitary bee' status. I dropped them an email a week ago about it and have had no replies whatsoever.

It must be the "Welsh" Welshwoofs.

I get very few invites myself ...... and not just via Bzz ....really does make me seriously consider that being in Wales is a handicap!

I have to think they base selection on population:confused:

Incidently with Bzz I have been invited to 5 surveys via Bzz since its conception and only ever received 2 items. The Book and those awful stale apple peelings.
    The years starts today ....

Just wanted to warn people if they do decide to go for one of the paying Bzz campaigns to not expect to get their money back in any way. One of the girls at work also signed up for it, they never delivered the straighteners and refuse to reply to her emails or refund her as they say that they gave them to Fedex to deliver and they report that they have been delivered. They seem to change their story in the one email reply they have sent (she's sent about 5 emails apparently), from them being delivered, to no-one being at home to receive them (which also isn't true - long story), but are now just ignoring her.

She says she might take them to the small claims court now as £32 for her is a lot of money, and it's the being ignored that's really annoying her more than anything - when will companies learn that good CS is always key? Grrrr:mad:
So just wanted to warn others basically for this and any future campaigns.

And Bzzz, if you are reading this, please do NOT ignore people, and do NOT steal their money - it's not nice, it's not fair and you have *really* upset this girl (who is lovely and wouldn't say boo to a goose - shame on you).
Do not feed the trolls please.

    That's not good, poor girl.

I must say I was far from happy with FedEx giving my parcel to a neighbour while I was out. They are tenants who haven't been in the area long and at first denied having the parcel but relented when my partner went round to have a word. I would expect a courier to return the parcel to the depot rather than give it to someone who could be untrustworthy.

I havent received my straightners and I joined the campaign on 21/10/09. It says it was shipped on 05/11/09. I'm just sending a second e-mail to them now. If they dont reply, then I will submit it in a Bzz report and then they have no choice but to read it!!

They are still ignoring my friend on the same thing (see above) - and in a further twist, it would appear that they are breaking the law! Have been helping H with her problem, and we looked at the site, the name they are using as a Limited Company name (BzzAgent Ltd) is not registered with Companies House as far as we can find, which is illegal I believe.

We are both fuming now, and will very soon be going to small claims court. Well, she will be and I'll be helping lol, but you know what I mean. Grrrrr - very very nasty people. Will be de-registering with them myself asap as well now.

  • Pixipie,

Their home page states Bzzagent UK Ltd and this is registered with Companies House. If it helps for your claim, their registration number is 06085519.
  • OOOOOH just got an early invite to try Shell V Power fuel!
  • Me too I signed up before reading the details and now can't find what we will get. Was anyone sensible enough to read first
  • lol it said we'd get some fuel vouchers but didn't say how much

free fuel is free fuel! they must give us a fair amount to test surely? We won't exactly be able to tell the difference with £2.50 worth of fuel!
