I'm doing the Colgate trial as well. Have had some feedback from doing a couple of reviews. Do Bzz still award points (like they did for previous campaigns), or grade reviews some other way?

    Thanks

They obviously had so many people turning down the hair straighteners campaign that they need more Agents:

    Greetings BzzAgent,

Help them get healthier, straighter, frizz-free hair
We are recruiting new Agents for the Remington Wet2Straight™ BzzCampaign, and wanted to give you the opportunity to invite friends, family and co-workers to try this revolutionary new hair straightener. People eligible for this campaign are:

    • Women
    • Between the ages of 16 – 39
    • Have at least 2 metres of hair (just kidding)

    Send them the link
If you know anyone who meets those criteria, send them this link to learn more: [personalised link removed]

I think that if you are expecting to get loads of campaigns and loads of free stuff you will be disappointed. I've been a member of Bzz for years and only trialled a Razor and Activia yoghurts so far. Some products are free some you have to pay a small amount for compared to full price. Remember these straighteners are about £80 in the shop (well were in Tescos) so for some people £32 is a bargain (including my sister who is also on Bzz and did sign up to them). I didn't think they were for me as I don't really straighten my hair hence £32 was way too expensive so I'm like you on this one.

So far my sister has trialled loads! She's done some Snack packs, Activia, Razor, Steamer Iron (I think you paid £20 for this instead of the usual £100 if you purchased directly and she loved it) and now the Straighteners. I think its just luck of the draw whether you get offered campaigns mind as I never got the toothpaste one even though I have sensetive teeth! I wish I had more trials but I think I too thought it would be a bit more "free stuff" or at least more opportunities. I think these are the first trials for a few months now, or seem to be.
Never give up the dream!

I laughed out loud when I received this e-mail too!!

I think they have just heard the penny drop. £32 payment don't make me laugh......again!! :rotfl:

Sorry, I totally disagree. I have had loads of free stuff from BZZ.
The only thing I have paid for was the steam iron.

All my bzz campaigns are in my signature.

Well I'm giving up on Bzzagent - since signing up I've had no surveys to get me beyond the bottom 'solitary bee' status. I dropped them an email a week ago about it and have had no replies whatsoever.
