Just wanted to warn people if they do decide to go for one of the paying Bzz campaigns to not expect to get their money back in any way. One of the girls at work also signed up for it, they never delivered the straighteners and refuse to reply to her emails or refund her as they say that they gave them to Fedex to deliver and they report that they have been delivered. They seem to change their story in the one email reply they have sent (she's sent about 5 emails apparently), from them being delivered, to no-one being at home to receive them (which also isn't true - long story), but are now just ignoring her.
She says she might take them to the small claims court now as £32 for her is a lot of money, and it's the being ignored that's really annoying her more than anything - when will companies learn that good CS is always key? Grrrr:mad:
So just wanted to warn others basically for this and any future campaigns.
And Bzzz, if you are reading this, please do NOT ignore people, and do NOT steal their money - it's not nice, it's not fair and you have *really* upset this girl (who is lovely and wouldn't say boo to a goose - shame on you).
Just an update about my missing straighteners and lack of response to e-mails, I sent a bzz report asking where they were and got a reply within 24 hours. They are refunding my money as they said they were returned by fed-ex who apparently left a card when they tried to deliver them( liars liars pants on fire!). I might have happened to mention that someone I knew was considering going through the small claims court and as I didnt want to go down that route too, a response would be lovely!! Either way its done the trick and money refunded!:oProud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -

The Shell club isnt new, my OH used to collect with them up until 2 months ago when we realised it was a waste of time so he has gone back to geting nectar points instead.

Just about to sign up for Shell.
On the hair straighteners my delivery was fine, product I thought burned my thumb when using so told them I wanted to send them back. They gave me return address and have said they have received them and will credit my card.0 -
How are you guys getting stuff offered to you?
I've filled in my profile, done all the surveys, but haven't been offered a single thing in nearly 2 years!0 -

I'm feeling a bit down as my first Bzz report about the wet2straight came back as 'innsufficiant'
I spent quite a while on it and thought it was important to start off with a little bit about my own impressions on the product. I had only Bzzed my neighbour who is coming round next week to try them out herself and made that clear and will write about that in my next report.
I feel like I shouldn't have bothered, I've already paid out money to try this product and was willing to write several reports. I did state that I was keeping a Bzz diary and would keep them updated.
Not happy, this is something I'm willing to give up my free time for but not if I get responses like this from them.0
