    Not happy, this is something I'm willing to give up my free time for but not if I get responses like this from them.

    Don't feel down! Sounds like you put loads of effort in! I never bother putting down what i think of the product, i just put down how i got talking to someone else about it and what they/i said. Why not resubmit the report just putting in the details of what you said to your neighbour and how she reacted? then for the next bzz you can just write what happened when she came round i.e. how you demonstrated them what you said and her reaction. HTH xx

    Glad they were civil for you and refunded you - Fedex suck! Having been ignored for weeks, my friend submitted I think about 7 Bzzz reports telling the whole sorry tale, ending up with a *massive* rant, the next day she got an email saying she would get a full refund. Apparently Fedex have a signature for the package, but it's no-one she has ever heard of, so we reckon it's the delivery driver who wanted them for a girlfriend/for themselves lol. She hasn't actually got the money back yet, so we will see, still amazed they ignored her so much - totally cruddy customer service - I certainly will never ever be taking part in a paid for campaign with them again, just in case!

  • i tried to do the straighteners one but it wouldn't accept my card details.

    i emailed them about it and they said they could only accept visa mastercard, etc. i told them it was a visa and they just said it mustn't have been or i would have been able to pay. i tried 3 cards (master card and visa) it still no chance.

    i have just joined the petrol one. first one in about 6 months.

    I emailed Bzz about 10 days ago saying that I would like to trial the straighteners---not even the courtesy of a reply. That sort of rudeness I find infuriating I have a 'Golden Key I am up in the tiers but not even a negative reply.:mad:

    I have a sneaky feeling the crunch has bitten Bzz and staff have been laid off - it's taking 7 days as standard now for them to email back according to their own staff, which they think is perfectly alright!
    Having said that, I'm seeing this kind of NON Customer service from nearly every company I'm dealing with nowadays (with the exception of the very wonderful teapigs.com (and no, I don't work for them)), so I guess that's just a sign of the times. Sigh.
