Morning...
Just wondering if anyone has used Joolop Game online shop?
I ordered a Wii Fit a good few weeks ago and the website said it was in stock. However, received an email the next day saying this was a mistake. I was asked if I wanted them to hold the money as thet were due a delivery shortly or a refund. I said a refund.
A week or so later I received an email stating that a Wii Fit would be despached the following day. Next day - no Wii Fit.
I obvioulsly emailed and said I didnt care about the Wii Fit, just want one or the other. Anyway, had no reply, so kept sending emails for a good couple of weeks. After several, I received a reply, stating that all of my emails had been going to his spam folder, he apologised and said he would do refund that day (17th of July) and surprise, surprise - no money!!!
Just wondering if anyone has hadthe same problem or has used the compnany before.
What is my next step??? cant afford to loose £90 !!!

Hi, I used Joolop for the 1st time last week and received the items in perfect order within just a few days of ordering! I have no hesitation in recommending them..hope you got your money back etc.

I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole they seem to spam mse a lot lost of posts with n00b posters and they soon get removed0
