Yeah works fine going direct - just doesn't click next after entering in my customer number. Happened last couple of days - normally it clears up quite quickly. Oh wellI'll sit and wait.

I haven't been able to use internet explorer for a few weeks but finally got it working and so have been able to use Egg Money Manager again (it doesn't work on Firefox).
However, my accounts with Abbey, Lloyds and PayPal all showed errors after logging in. I clicked the link to go to that account to try to resolve the error and got a page asking me for some "extra" information e.g. Debit card number, 3 digit security code, ATM pin etc. The sites "looked like" the real thing but with some poor grammar and spelling.
Obviously alarm bells began to ring so I didn't fill in these details. Could Egg Money Manager have been targetted by fraudsterd in this way? My accounts with the 10 or so other institutions worked fine as usual.
I'm a bit concerned!
OK, after a call with Egg and a bit more investigation, I believe that this is a fault with my computer rather than with Egg's Money Manager. If I go to Abbey or Lloyds direct site and try to log in I get taken to a phishing page as mentioned previously. Therefore, it seems there is a trojan has infected my maching and is responsible.
I've run a few scans with AVG but nothing suspicious has been found. I'll probably have to spend a few hours more trying to find it!
Meanwhile, I've downloaded the IEtab add on to Firefox and this works like a dream. Thanks for that tip.If I had a pound for every time I didn't play the lottery...0 -

Do a scan there. I was so impressed by I now have their antivirus software (and have done for 4 years) and have never had any problems!0
