Hi sarah, I clicked on the "email us" link on the contact page (blue tab in top right hand corner of screen). Both times I told them that I had not received the items and could they make a note on their records so that I wasn't penalised for not returning the questionnaires.

I know what you mean; it's nice to know that it's not just a problem for me. I think they must be having a lot of teething problems with this site. I'll also let you know if I hear anything back.

i applied for the face gel, and it says completed but i have never recieved this,.. its slightly odd that there are quite alot of samples going missing,... it makes me question if they are actually sending them out in the 1st place??? ... good to know that its not an isolated case,..so must be the problem with boots,..i have emailed them too,to let them know..will let you know what they say when/if they reply:rolleyes:

I'm still waiting for Day Cream that's been 'completed' for well over a week now, yet Hair Serum went completed a number of days AFTER Day Cream but that's here already HTH

I'm also showing as 'completed' for the face cream but no sign yet. Applied for the lip product and I'm waiting to hear about that. So far I've only had the eyeshadow but it was very nice

I joined the boots panel a couple of weeks ago got my log in details etc and i have been waiting for them to contact me with trials .I have only just realised when logging in again thats its me who has to sign up for the trials am i right ? I have just signed up for the bubble bath & lip barm .How oftern does everyone do these testers ? and now i have said i will do the testers for the bubble bath & lip barm will boots def send then to me .Sorry im new to this ive signed up but not sure what happens from now or how oftern .

I emailed them earlier this week and was told they had been some errors on their system, as I had completed on my trail for the face cream. So although it showed completed at my end, it didn't at there end!!!

you have to register your intrest, then it will go to requested then if you have been accepted it will go to completed this means they will send you the product, and then you send off the relevent quesionarre what came with the product, i login a few times a day to see if there is any new trials or to see if ive been accepted. hth!!!!

I haven't received the blotted papers either - going to wait another few days and then I will email them letting them know I haven't received them.

Same, my blotting papers have said complete for awhile but not received them, not sure if i'll chase it though as already testing the face cream so don't want to put cream on then blot it off again lol.

im the same, i may email them just to let them know the papers never arrived, dont want a mark against my name if its down they sent them out.
