3 of my lip butter now say "In progress" does that mean im going to get them? does anyone elses say that?

Me too,mine were added friday,thing is I think they can still disappear and they probably will only give us one lip balm each to test as if you had a reaction you wouldnt know which one caused it.

depends how long we have to test them becouse if we have a long time then i guess u can try them all on diffrent days hope we get atleast one of them then,that would still be good.:D

It means that they are at the deciding who gets them stage, shortly it will chande to "completed" if you got it or it will disappear if you didnt.

it says on the questionnaires the product should not be used at the same time as any other test product on the same area of the face so do you think we can have more than one,would be great if we could and had to compare them.

The four are showing as 'In Progress' on mine too... I still won't hold my breath though even if any do come up as completed!!

Will wait and see if I actually get them through my door before getting excited - the facial day cream has been showing as 'completed' on mine for nearly two weeks now and I still haven't got it!

I've emailed them today like some others have on this thread and am expecting the same reply... to say that it's not showing completed their end and I didn't get accepted for the trial - have asked them to confirm this is the case as i didn't want them to have sent it out and it's got lost in the post and then them thinking I hadn't bothered to send the evaluation forms back at the end of the trial!
