    Ok sorry I didnt have either of those but others did so they can probably help you as to wether they received theirs.

    Hiya peeps! Yesterday or the day before I requested the face gel and it was listed under 'My trials' - today it has disappeared......anyone know why?

    It means you haven't been chosen to get it. Most of mine have disappeared. Keep trying, you'll get something in the end.

    It states completed on my profile for face cream too and I havent received it either...:confused:

    Hi, yes I'm missing both of these although they both say completed. I have received other trials though. I have contacted them twice but have not heard anything back yet :confused:

    whats the address you compalined to if u dont mind me asking ? i think i will also mail them , not to be nasty but im glad its happened to some one else i was thinking it was just me and they would think i had recived them and i hadnt replyed to the letter if i here anything ill pm you and let you know and ill post it on here for others who are wondering too sarah :)
