oh something positive - I won a book today! it's a AWT thing on Fast Food for Families which will be nice as cook books are a bit of a weakness and I haven't bought one for yonks!

confession time...(yes again!)... I spent £41 in dotty p's today and a whopping great £53 in tesco (the budget was £30). In my defence there was a 20% of thing in DPs and I got a skirt, two tops, a cardi and a pretty scarf. Tesco's I have no excuse for although I did buy washing powder/fabric softner and baking stuff I also seem to have bought lots of wine. I think I may have to do a storecupboard shop next week!

oh and there's more...have two bids on ebay stuff which I'm currently winning. still they are both new and even with successful max bids it'll be £20 tops. must behave from now on though!

only won one of the items - about a fiver so will calm down now! have just seen a new house I liked come back on the market, think I may go see it as move in date is end of may... scary!

At a bit of a loose end as footie was cancelled this morning... it's an unexpected treat to be lounging around in my jammies and not freezing at the side of a pitch!

No huge list this weekend as DS is here and we'll be out and about a fair bit...

1. [STRIKE]Tidy up [/STRIKE]Done
[STRIKE] 2. Fix light in kitchen (had dinner by very subdued lighting last night)[/STRIKE]Done
3. Help DS with xmas cards
4. Spend as little as possible! so far so good...
5. Sort out wardrobes and move things around so I've a better choice.
6. Help DS sort his room out - thinking about more stuff appearing at xmas.

Have had lovely and free day out with DS, he's off to play on his playstation and I've stuck the chicken in the oven and discovered Fiddler on the Roof is on tv - joy, joy!
