DS has reappeared and Fiddler has been swapped for some wallace and gromit, soooo hungry with roasting chicken smells taunting me.

I was feeling a bit down after seeing the how much have you paid off this year thread but have just checked and despite buying the new car my total will be about £900 less than last years. Not great I know but better than expected!

Don't get sucked into the "mines bigger than yours" mindset. You do what you can, and how you can.

    Everyone is different.

Your debt is coming down. That is not the most important thing about it - it's the only important thing about it. The rate is just of academic importance in comparison.

it could be all gone by now though, although that would mean me praying to St Christopher throughout every journey to get me there safely. I did what I had to do but would still love it to be all gone.

despite their letter stating they were changing my DD in jan Eon seem to have gotten their act together and taken it in Dec, so that's a relief - I had visions of jan becoming feb and so on.
Cold and frosty morning here but think we'll head out for a walk in a bit and later I need to do some baking and said to DS he could make some stuff out of clay. After those activities I'll obviously have to clean the kitchen all over again!

DS on writing his xmas card - "there's 32 in the class and I've only got 31 names on my list"...me - "do you think you might be the 32nd person?".... oh it's a good thing he's cute and sporty as he won't get by on brains..

Had to come back and identify a bird on t'internet but he was all chuffed I managed to find it - wood duck apparently.
