Weighed myself earlier and have lost nowt/nothing/nada/zilch so will have to do a bit more exercise this week I think, even walking for a wee bit each day would be good. So have had a hearty but healthy brekkie of porridge and will head off to the gym in a bit, it's freezing here so a wee spell in the steam room will go down well too. Apart from that there's still those bikes to clean and fruit/veg to buy.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Can't do multiple quotes me...
Bob - gym was fab! did 40 mins on cross trainer, 20 mins on the treadmill, some weights and then went to the steam room (showering first of course). I ended up in the steam room with two asian blokes one of which kept talking to the other in punjabi or something (steamy and no contacts so no idea where they were from) and the other one kept answering in English. Was very weird! I think the one talking in English was trying to reassure me they weren't talking about me or anything but it's weird only hearing one side of a conversation. There's usually a spanish bloke in singing next door in the sauna on a sunday but he was missing today.
Lou - eat whatever you fancy, just as long as you eat something, need to keep your strength up and the diet can wait a week or two.
Beanie - how was your day out with Maz? did she make it down ok, roads are pretty bad round here and pavements are like icerinks.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
