The house I'm living in has dropped 20K in the past year - the last time I looked at the site it had taken 12 months to drop 15K. The house I really did sell is estimated to have dropped 27K in 12 months whereas the last time it was only 20K in 12 months.
So it looks like the fall is accelerating - at least according to their pricing model..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Yes but there are so many things not working that I need to fix or else they'd want a reduction! round here things in need of doing up marketed at realistic prices seem to either not be selling or taking ages to sell, I think the 1st timers can't afford to do any decorating/fixing up after putting down a humungeous deposit and are to fussy to live with it (like I have) for a while.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Definately not - but this crash is different from the rest, so I guess it's natural they have become confused."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Prices have gone down a bit here but not a lot but it is definately around 2006 or thereabouts not higher. I've had mine about 5 years so should be ok though not making a huge profit and the fact I've been overpaying the mortgage helps add to the equity.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Four weeks today!!!! sorry but I am very excited.
Feeling a bit rough today - earache and sore throat - not awful enough for not working but didn't make the gym. Am hoping I'll have recovered by tomorrow.

"Sore throat" and "medicinal" on the same page - where's Lenny when you need him?
Sorry you're under the weather, but it's good that it isn't too bad. It's crap when you're ill over a weekend just to recover for work..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
