Sorry Bob I disagree with you on this one.
    Go for it skint:)

I can see the argument on both sides honest:D

    Points to consider,

    1. Would you pay for hols in cash?
    2. What about spends and if like me you would overspend:rolleyes:
    3. Realistically would it put your DFD back a month or longer?
    4. Would DS behave in a hotel or would he prefer an all action Haven holiday? I know my children hated hotels at that age and only liked them for the freebie shampoo and whatnot:cool:Every activity cost a fortune too and the pool was no fun, as to quote" It was full of people with makeup on and didn't want their hair to get wet!" Unquote.

    2. What about spends and if like me you would overspend:rolleyes: Still included in the month total and I am quite controlled honest!
    3. Realistically would it put your DFD back a month or longer? Just a month.
    4. Would DS behave in a hotel or would he prefer an all action Haven holiday? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:He would be fine - swimming and beach with good snorkelling which is his idea of heaven! and he loves going out for dinner of an evening, probably cos he's food mad. I did Haven once and I must admit I hated it.:o which probably makes me sound like a snob but yikes it was awful!! and I'm paying so it's my choice anyway not his.

Fair enough, i had three to contend with and hated HAVEN myself, just kept them occupied 27/4. I tried the hols abroad too and the activities in the hotels..i shudder to think. It was better when they got older, but used to wrestle with predatory males etc. One girl also got really attached to DS and would knock on our door in the early hours:o Apparently he was going out with her whether he liked it or not. Luckily she went two days later:rotfl:

Enjoy the innocent hols while you can.

Edit to say , mine all loved eating out too..that's where all my money went on hols.

Have a friend we stay with.
It was my mum who told me about the £4 flights so not sure about the taxes. Not even going to look TBH.
Would have to be back for T in the Park.
Its not the flights its what we spend when we are there.
I can just picture sitting on the terrace drinking champange though.

It's just going to have to be sunny here cos I haven't booked the holiday.

Missed the gym tonight as I spent most of the day driving (work) and was shattered when I got home.
