Hi shandy..im not much of a computer expert myself but i do what i can.....there is one simple thing u hav to do....disable the upnp..i just did it and my update is working.....the way is to do what cat said by using that 192.168 thingy and then all you need to do is go to status.. and then go disable the upnp.....if u dont see status just look around and try find that upnp thingy....tell me if you can't find it..:j CUZ I FINNALY CAN USE COD MW 2 ONLINE!!..YAY:j

Hi, can anyone help me. We have the same code come up.

PS3 has not been used for a month or so and son has just put in MW3 and its telling him to update the system when he does he gets the same error code a OP.

I have a BT homehub, old white one.

Can anyone help please??

To get to the login page for a homehub v1 you need to type or paste this IP address into your web browser 192.168.1.254
The username is admin and depending on how old/new your hub is the password might be admin or the serial number on the hub (case sensitive and ignoring anything in brackets)

The UPnP settings are in the advanced settings near the bottom. This should be disabled. If in doubt do as recommended as above. Click the option and if that enables it then click again to disable, at least that way you are sure.
