    they both take me to a results page, a bit like google search.

    so now in front of you you have the settings page for your router yes???

    it says default password is "leave blank" so I am now logged in

    ok cool now in my router which is not the same as yours........you are looking for a selection thats says something along the lines of

    PnP enable / Disable you need to disable it....or turn it off then save the settings.....you may loose the internet for a moment

    the only thing I can see is UPNP enabeling, it is already disabled?

    Dont want to confuse the issue here but is this fix only for the spesific error code the OP posted? because I am not sure of MY error code,I just had similar probs downloading updates.

    LOL dunno but I cant check now as the missus is making me watch TV..

    thanks for trying though, I will watch this thread to see if you fix the other guys error..


    Then probrably post my own errorcode when I know what it is.

    you need to see if its disabled so see if its enabled first by clicking on Upnp enabling if its off and you turn it on then just turn it off again
