if you read back though the other posts.......this is a UK forum

I only know the settings for UK phones

Followed all the advice. Bought a cheap Nokia 1100 off Play.com, went onto one of the recommended sites and got provided with 7 unlock codes. Main site advice on here is to enter the codes with a different SIM card in the phone whereas advice on this chat forum is to enter unlock codes with no SIM inserted. Tried both. Neither code 1 or 7 worked either way. Unfortunately I have now used up my 5 attempts and will have to take to a retailer for unlocking.

you should have pmed your imei to myself or browntoa as there are sometimes different settings for this model
if you cant get it unlocked locally pm me and i will do it for the cost of postage
