I've just bought a Nokia 1110 from Comet.

Is it easy to unlock it or safer to leave it on T-Mobile?

I'd rather have a it on my O2 SIM.

Looking on unlock Websites, there is no mention of the 1110 Nokia.

Thanks for the quick reply, but it still won't work! it said.... phone restricted, cannot undo. after this it did not let me enter any more codes, but after a restart it is ready to accept codes again. does this mean that this would be my last try!?!?!?

you have already used up your 5 code tries...a shop or market stall can still unlock it for you

but when i switch on the phone it says -

' Phone restricted'

'Undo'

When I select undo, it says,

'Enter restriction code'

and gives a blank space to key in the code. Does it still mean that I have used up my tries or is there some other code I might be able to use? cus I can remember doing it only 4 times till now.

I entered the code #pw+846091463411600+7# into my new unused Nokia 1110, and got the error message:
"sim not valid"
Do I have to get it right first time? Took several attempts to enter the code properly.
