    Good evening all!

    Me and the kids have just made our own pizza's using Jamie Oliver's no fat recipe (gorgeous!!!) They love spreading the sauce, sprinkling on all the cheese and choosing their toppings.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Well thank you BB, Beanie and Gem. It's frightening but strangely, it seemed as though so many things were conspiring to 'push' us together again and also, so far, everyone that we have told has been as happy as we are.
