Suoermarkets often have machines where you can put coins in (bonus - you don't need to sort them) and get a voucher out for the amount saved. I think you then use the voucher to pay for shopping in store.

Most banks have a limit of 5 bags per customer per day and some limit the day they take coin bags depending on the delivery/collection cycle they have. If you bank point blank refuses to take coins, ask them to suggest an alternative.

It is a VERY happy thought. This is the most stressful, work filled, manic job and it happens twice a year. I dread it every year. If it weren't so unrealistically time pressured I think it would be very interesting but 7 days to review 60+ companies doesn't leave much time for reflection!

    Snags hun,
Please don't think harshly of yourself. My kids have done things like that before and it's horrible but it is not a relfection on your parenting skills x

Well Tesco was soooooo exciting! lol

I actually got a few good deals, a maffiss (as Joe would say) organic chicken that I am making for tea-it had to be cooked today and im going to do a chicken pie with the left overs and make some stock as well...

    Other than that, boring! lol
