Experian are usually ok with ammended stuff....i'd give the others another try keep copies of everything you send again THEN if they still refuse contact the ICO's office to start the ball rolling

I was discharged from bankruptcy in Dec 09 and around a year ago i started the clean up process but just thought i'd check my reports today.

I checked with Equifax and 4 of my previous lenders have details that I don't know are right or wrong.

The default dates are all after the date of my BR but before my ED.

Also, Grattan have been down as settled on the date that I would have received AD but i got ED after 6months.

Have just received a reply from Experian about the creditors who have not complied with my request. One of them has now updated the file to satisfied but the other has not. They are contacting the company concerned and have also put a note on my file about me disputing the info they have about me, hopefully they will also update their file on me.

Have done my file clean up and only the above have not updated my file, have contacted experian about them but they say BOS are refusing to update my record as they have not received my papers that I sent to them. The only thing is experian have given me an address to send the papers to but it is not the addy that I got from the ICO website. I sent the papers to an addy in scotland but the addy that experian have given me is in Leeds, can anyone confirm whether this right or not. I know the mail that i sent Scotland got there as it was signed for.

No but if you get it please let me know! They are ruthless and turned a unsecured loan into a secured loan which i had not applied for originally.
