All of the dates fall before my discharge, some before the BR and some after.
OK. The ones with the default dates listed as after the bankruptcy and the ones not marked a settled need sorting.
Send the appropriate letters with proof of your bankruptcy and discharge.
Don't take any rubbish or excuses from any that refuse or fail to update the records correctly. The Information Commissioner has been very clear about what is correct for them to do. If they fail to do it then follow the procedure in the sticky to report them.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

OK smashing, thanks for that.
The OR are sending me a letter confirming my discharge, but I'm not sure I have anything saying about the original BR it's been that long since it all started. Who would I get that from?0 -
At court you should have been given a copy of the bankruptcy order.
That is Form 6.30, and should be titled "Bankruptcy Order on Debtor's Petition" (assuming that you did it yourself).
If you don't have a copy of that, then I think you should contact the court that dealt with the bankruptcy to get one.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

In that case I'm sure I do in my papers at home. It's been so long I don't remember. I will look tonight.
Thanks again0 -

Just looking for some advice.
Do I need to send for a credit report from Experian, Callcredit and Equifax and if so is that the only ones.
Experian is offering a 30 day free trail is there any catches to this?
How much are Credit reports from each of them, Equifax is stating approx £13 is that correct?
Will probably think of more to ask later. Thanks.0 -
Yep you'll need to see all three really...some update some dont some information may be missing from one and not another and so on
no catch with experian...just remember to cancel within the 30days They hope you forget then start billing! (its a little difficult to cancel as well i've heard from some people..I used though & had no probs)..I went for paper versions in the end though because I could take my time with any ammendments & needed no rushWe all die. The correct cost for the report with no extras is £2. You might need to root around the websites to find that option, but it's there.0

Experian: Go to http://www.experian.co.uk and click the link which says "Order your £2 credit report" (http://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/orderPaperReport.html). You can then either order it online, by phone or by printiong out the application form and posting it in.
Equifax: Go to http://www.equifax.co.uk, Click the link for "Refused Credit? Find out why." then click on "£2 Statutory Credit Report" (bottom right hand of the screen), then clickon the link to print the form and send to the address at the bottom of the page.
Callcredit: Go to http://www.callcredit.co.uk and click on "Order your statutory report"; and as above click the link to open the form, print and send off.We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
