What 2 vouchers do you mean? Was it a suncare from the mailing and a facial sun from the ACM? I have a vague memory of these 2 vouchers having the same barcode, which would explain why the till said you'd already used it (meaning in that transaction) - don't know if someone can confirm that?

Poor SA! Hope she had no other Bootsers today - if she did, do you think she'll make day 2......:rotfl:

It was me - I will PM you. The code is displayed on .com if you click on parenting club and then click on the "parenting club exclusive offers" button at bottom of screen. It's under the gumph about joining so easily overlooked.

I did 4 Mitchums and £1 voucher x2 today so yes 12p to pay but got the garnier cream at £1.80 too, not tried the other way ie 10 at 53p and 10 £1 vouchers so money off your shopping :eek: but 'spose this would work providing you had other items and a dim SA who didn't realise what they were ringing up as :eek: . I'm happy to post some to you Broclo if you'd like or are you wanting the buzz of the glitch yourself

Any idea why they might want to keep your card? I'd be nervous too, not sure I'd call and ask CS about it as it would make them try to look for problems. It might be best to spend your points, though if your card is flagged in the system you may be unable to as that notice would show up next time you use it. I'd stick it into an ACM before checking out and see if you get any message. Maybe you should spend the points, you could do some Christmas shopping early? Or just buy things you are sure can be returned (not cosmetics), and if you think the problem has gone away, return them to get the points put back on your card later?

I've been thinking that maybe Mr B is wising up to us Bootsters...you know with peoples card being taken and message like 'Keep card'.

I wonder if we should not us our boots card when doing certain glitches where you dont 'NEED' the card ie. the Mitchum glitch? I know its a manufacturers coupon and we are not doing anything wrong but why give them a chance....and that way you can not be traced even if they wanted!!

The only real loss would be loosing a few points here and there but thats nothing in comparison to loosing you well earned points!!!

Please dont slaughter me...its just a thought!

I was thinking that about the expert glitch earlier as long as you are not buying products aswell which are just for points
