But don't call people names as that will not help.

If you think about it, you have got in this mess over a long period of time and as yet have not made any headway with sorting it. You have all the paperwork and background info to hand.

Yet, we are 'imbeciles' for not being able to sort it, with the jumbled information we have been given, in the space of two days.

    1. There is nowhere in Devizes constituency that is 36 miles from a hospital. In fact the 2 hospitals with A&E are only just 36 miles apart.

    2. You say the French insurance was valid and legal. But the police gave you 6 points for not having insurance, so that's not true.

    3. You haven't answered the question about the stash of capital.

You may have a genuine problem, but given that an MP and SofS couldn't sort it out, I suspect that they had acess to infor that you are not telling us. The above 3 points show that you are either unable to give honest info or unwilling to do so, and that you beleive yourself to be right even when the law disagrees with you. That says a lot about your attitude.

Please look up the distance from marston, worton to the great western, who said anything about A+E? my partner need regular treatment, do they offer this at A+E?

I am arguing this point, why is AXA a european insurance company and when buying the insurance they said it would be fine to drive in england on it, why is it my problem that no one in the police service can speak french, it's not that hard..

    3. You haven't answered the question about the stash of capital.

What stash? we have no stash?

why dont you all just give us a little breathing space till we can get this in order and post for you?

I was working last night so haven't been checking back but was kind of hoping this thread would have made some headway by this morning!

I had my suspicions tbh. For me it is their persistance with the insurance issue and the post about druggies having everything handed to them on a plate that seem 'trollish'. And last nights responses are also in this league.

But having caught up with the thread this morning, I am now wondering how they are getting to the hospital now and also how either of the 'crushed' or 'taken' cars were sold to help pay the bills?

the nissan was for sale, £12000 would of been nice deal for some one and that was a lot of money off, were now getting to the hospital in our VW golf GT sport, nice car by the way.

I may be wrong though. OP (or partner) - you really need to clarify some points if you want decent advice.

ETA: it does say the partners car was sold. So does that mean one car was crushed, one car was sold, and the other was brought over from France but also taken by the police?

yes my partners peugeot was sold by nissan was crushed and my mothers car that she gave me was sold but not taken as pending investergation by the police on insurance matters.

she tried to claim DLA, and was asked to come in for a medical, to asses how badly she was effected by her illness, and was deemed not that ill when going in. go figure.
your welcome to our bankstatments for last year, we had a total of £1600 through out last year, we were living on handouts from the local homeless shelter and that was about it... a lot of questions were asked as to what we were living on, but still nothing came of it... secretly I have a big stash of cash that I was hiding

    That big stash.

Oh and I think you've concluded your wind up now. At one point you say you were living on handouts from the homeless shelter, now you're letting us know you've got a Golf GT sport.
And if the hospital trip wasn't an emergency, why drive without insurance. I suspect Michael Ancram gave you as much help as you deserved, and that's why you didn't get paid anything.

Is it really necessary to have such a large picture? This is all starting to sound very odd now. Also you would expect people with such great jobs and cars to have a better standard of English.

Sorry about the size of the photo, did not resize it in Photoshop, we were on handouts from the homeless shelter for months, things are getting a little better now, I had to drive to the hospital because they could not arrange transport for my partner.

Never in my life from 16 years old have I claimed a single penny from the government, not until last year when everything went tits up, I have not a clue how this works, all my money was on DD, be gas, water, rent have never been disorganized in my life, everything paid on time work 8-6 6 days a week, then this happened- what am I supposed to do? when I conduct a sale, I follow it through from start to finish to make sure it's done right, so I know that when I get my commission at the end I have earned every penny, the government and benefits pass you from pillar to post daily... what are they playing at they have no sense what so ever, and tarnish every one with the same brush, they don't really care as long as they go home at night to there nice warm house.

That big stash was a joke by the way, lighten, you might live longer! :T

Bigstring, I cannot see the point of your posts. The thread title asks for help, but what advice do you actually require?

As you are not actually posting the information requested in order to give you any advice, people will naturally conclude that this thread is a windup.
