Has anyone else switched from TalkTalk to Sky?

I've been with TalkTalk for a few years but have finally decided to switch because I'm fed up of my connection dropping out and having pointless conversations with people in India.
Thing is, my line rental and broadband was LLU (unbundled) and I want to switch back to BT and take advantage of Sky's broadband since I already have their TV. What I want to know is once BT take over my line again, will the TalkTalk broadband still function? I have to wait five days after the line reverts to BT before I can order Sky broadband and then it can take up to 15 working days to go live. I'm not fancying a month without broadband.
Anyone else been here?

its highly likely that the broadband service will be cut off too, but make sure you let TalkTalk know, otherwise they will keep on billing you.0

Assuming you can get Sky's LLU broadband which IS a good deal, give them a call first. Rumour has it they may either reconnect you to BTs network or refund your costs.
Your TT broadband will cease.
Shouldn't take too long for broadband, maybe 10 days after your BT line is up at the most. More notice you give to Sky the better.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -
You can get your BT line back for £29.99 rather than the usual £125 if you apply for their current offer.

This assumes that TT have LLU'd your telephone as well as your broadband. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
don't know how this would work for you but I have line rental with Sky as well.Theydon't seem to advertise this.I did switch from TalkTalk to Sky on my main phone line and initially had Bt (getting rid of them was a nightmare too-got a charge for breaking a contract they couldn't prove I'd agreed to0 Anyway got the package from Sky and have to say I have been very pleased with the price and the service- and the broadbvand actually works !0
