Kmac - I study Music Theatre and Entertainment management In my last year so full of the joys of being stressed over dissertation and a big presintation we need to do.
Got an email to day for an interview in London for a work placement i REALLY want. It would mean 5 weeks away from home (expenses paid but no pay as such) and away from Annabelle But it would be soooo good for making contacts and getting my foot in the very door I want through!

Lynne - well done on the new job!! It will keep you going at least even if its not the greatest pay in the world!!

Emmy - I did musical theatre at Mountview in London for 2 years before I had to move back to Scotland. Finshed my theatre degree in RSAMD in Glasgow. I loved every second of it. It really who you know so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and the placement.

Just had lunch... a sandwich with chilli chicken but it was made with mayo so I couldnt eat it. Not very MSE at all, I should have asked xx

just had a spinach and ricotta cannelloni for my lunch. Only 325 calories and so so yummy. if only I could find loads of meals i loved as much as that to live on lol.

kmac - i dont do performing like you though I'm talentless to an extent lol, I'm more the facilitator .

so today was 5 miles of walking and 30 mins of Davina.
However.... I did have 2 slices of toast, a fried egg and 2 has browns for my brekki.... a caramel square for a snack, 2 slices of white bread and enough chips to make it a chip butty for lunch and dinner was a 325cal spinach and ricotta cannelloni (can u tell i like them). Not a great calorie intake but ah well tomorrow is another day.

la la la me again. Did Davina yesterday again and went to a gig last night. Was very good calorie wise yesterday, I think I was a little under 1,000 cals.

Weighed in today and only 3/4 of a pound off! Totally deserved more than that IMO. But ah well what can I do other than keep going?! So... 4 miles of walking today and 30 mins of Davina again. I figure i ate between 1,000 - 1,300 today so not a huge amount again.

Hiya Girls or girl Emmylou. I have bit the bullet and had my computer repaired via a proper "computer person" It has cost me £80 but cheaper than a new computer and its now like brand new. Sorry to have been away soooo long, but i willl keep posting in the hope that all will return.

heeeeeey Im here lol. Joined in the 7lbs a month thread over in health in beauty while u where away too. Still not below 11st doh! Aiming for that in the next week as walking over 20 miles this week Bound to help shift the flab me thinks!!
