Hi all, well i've managed to stick to my healthy eating and excercise plan for the first week without too much trouble and have lost an amazing 6lb. I am made up.
I will weigh in and report every Monday. I am also joing the OS weight watching too as I need all the help I can get with this.
Hope I can stick to it. I have given up so many times before.

Morning SL! ( Well I guess its afternoon now!!)
You are the same as me, skinny up top and fat on the bottom. We should start a club
I've been reading through the 4k a year posts slowly.. there is so much there. I need to get a costco card because there is one near me ( well its out of Edinburgh but I'm always out at Ikea and Costco is there) and I'll stock up on washing power etc before I start the 4k challenge I think :rotfl:
I read your post about your soup, sounds delishmight try and make some next week once my show is finished.... only 6 nights left!
How are things in the shop today? xx
It's quiet today Kmac,
I've got jewellery parties starthing from next week, so that should help with things. The soup is gorgeous, you should try it, and it is almost fat free, apart from the olive oil, but I think you need that to roast the peppers and toms. It's funny that theres another 'me' going around, ie, body shape:p
Regarding the washing powder, I have actually written the date I bought it on the tub, to see how long it lasts, (I am getting tighter by the minute:D ).

Thats exactly what I do with my washing powder at the minute. I use 2 types... I use the cheaper brand ( usualy Mr Ts premimum stuff) for my towels, underwear etc and I use the very pretty smelling liquitabs for my clothes and bedding. Liquitabes are great but so blumming expensive.
Just remember not to buy anything at the jewellery partiesthats always my problem!! xx

I am the jewellery party lady, so I don't buy anything, I sell it, (lots of it, hopefully!!)
I like liquitabs,I usually get them from Lidls, they are really good, but will try and do without cause of this great tub of washing powder!! I use softner as well, I like the nice smells, but get the white one so that the clothes don't get tainted by the softner.
Speak later,
