    Evening all,

Glad u had a nice holiday puzzled, you sound a lot more positive, get that fancy dress costume dusted down and strut your stuff at the party!!!

I've been quite busy today, running about doing various bits and pieces, unfortunately I have eaten everything in sight.

Tomorrow is Monday tho, so I can start being a good girl again:D .

    Nite nite xx

Jo - Well done on the interview and the meters :D that is great news and you are coming through the darkness. Let us all know how you are getting on and what happens at the interview.

This weekend for me was slightly better, I was working all day Sat so I had a coffee ( Starbucks which isn't very MSE but I was given a £10 tip at my 2nd job so I used £2 of that.. the rest has gone away) and then some rice and ham for lunch. I got home and was shattered so went to bed :rotfl: so missed dinner...

Sunday... didn't wake up until 11am, had rehearsals for a show I'm in this week so legged it to the theatre, did a good 3 hours of dancing and then had some kiwi fruit, melon and pineapple and another coffee... got home at 11:30pm so again missed dinner. *slap on the wrist*

I'm going to get some water tablets today to see if that helps with my fat leg problem. I've been losing weight but its been around my waist and I cant really loose any more around there because I already look out of proportion  since my legs are HUGE.

What did everyone get up to at the weekend? xxx

  • kmac - alas weight tends to come off from the top down, im feeling sick of it too, almost back to my normal under chest size of 32 (currently a 34 on the tightest fitting) but my legs r still massive!still 2 dress sizes above normal! tops r only 1 dress size above normal and imo lol most of that extra dress size is because of my boobs! What day does ur show start? Good luck with it!

lol Lynne oh dear, yes today is a new week so forget about the faux pas of last week :)

WTBAS - well done on rejecting the junk!! I actually did the opposite because i felt a bit crappy watching them all dance, so i got out the trampette and bounced on it for 15 mins lol. Ok not a great deal of exercise, but its one up than just sitting watching :)

Puzzled - well done on losing so much!! Your doing fabulously! A stone to go isnt much at all. Join us in Jos new challange of 1lb a week until Christmas and you will almost be at your desired weight! and check u out with ur sexy fancy dress - we expect photos lol
  • Welcome back Puzzled, it is wonderful to se that you have such confidence and are so proud of yourself! you have done sooo well! big hooray!

Last night was naughty but im all geared up for this week, I ate the last M&S heavenly cookie so that's all the bad food gone at home and I'm determined to ignore the choc cupboard at work!

I started making a few crafty gifts for Christmas last night, I don't have too much left to buy as i've been hording things all year but I do want to make quite alot of hand made pressies so I've got to get going!
    xx
  • My top half usually switches between a size 10 and a size 12, sometimes I can get into an 8... however my bottom half is lucky if it gets into a 14/16. Trousers are so hard to buy that I'm starting to wear A line dresses all the time and I can forget about getting jeans to fit me.

Thats my motivation for loosing weight, I'm only 5ft3 ins so should really only be around a size 12, so nearly there.

Well done to everyone here who is loosing weight and keeping on track - You are amazing motivation for me :j

    Good morning girlies,

I have been well behaved, so far.............

Breakfast, cereal, orange juice and tea.
Mid morning, coffee and 1 oaty biscuit.
Lunch is roasted red pepper and tomato soup (home made) and bread.
Dinner will be out tonight as it is my sister's birthday, but I will make good choices, we are going to either thai or chinese.

I was at costco yesterday, bought kitchen rolls and orange juice in bulk to save money, I don't need to buy these for months now:rotfl:

I got their own make soap powder, so I will report later how I get on with this. This trick was suggested on the 4k thread, have you looked at it yet Kmac?

I would like to lose about a stone before DH comes back, he will say something about my weight, he is really cheeky!!!

I am skinny on the top and fat on the bottom:p

    Speak to you later,

    SL x
  • Morning SL! ( Well I guess its afternoon now!!)

You are the same as me, skinny up top and fat on the bottom. We should start a clubcheering.gif

I've been reading through the 4k a year posts slowly.. there is so much there. I need to get a costco card because there is one near me ( well its out of Edinburgh but I'm always out at Ikea and Costco is there) and I'll stock up on washing power etc before I start the 4k challenge I think :rotfl:

I read your post about your soup, sounds delish :p might try and make some next week once my show is finished.... only 6 nights left!

How are things in the shop today? xx
