Good morning all,
Nice to see you back from your holiday Jo, did you have a good time? I was off work yesterday so ddin't get a lot of time to post. Was up seeing the wee nephew (cutie pie).
Out for dinner last night, naughty of me but I enjoyed it:p .
I am going to try and be busy today getting paperwork done and tidying up in the shop, so will check back in later.

wow, look at you guys doing so well with healthy eating and walking... I feel bloated fat and disgusting in comparison and actuality! Hubby and I both overeat overspend and have dmp's. I also have pcos, which means I am going to struggle to conceive - being in my 30's this (yes, I know - shouldn't be bringing another mouth to feed into the world, but my clock is ticking!) is of great importance to me / us. I was regularly bleeding for a few months, but didn't this month, as I've been eating too much bad food, and haven't exercised at all...
I bought one of those air walker thingies off ebay for like a tenner (inc. delivery!) and had been using it every few days, but got lazy. I *will* get back to it once I can get to it - the living room is full of the kitchen at the mo, as we're having a (council) refit. :rolleyes:0 -

Holiday was fab, could not spend your money soooo cheap. lossed 3lb due to the fact there was no junk food. For very poor people they eat very healthy. When you changed your money you got double back say 100 sterling was 200 dinar :j :j.
