Hey BF,
Thank you, i havent really posted much, just on Saturday when i was able to pop online for a bit and then today. Its all very sudden and i cant believe its all gone wrong, i thought that we were happy but it seems that he has just been hiding his feelings.
I am all over the place, trying to work out what extra money i can get to gether to start buying things like furniture and things but since i still dont know where im going to live its all a bit difficult.
Thanks for the support, i am trying to talk to people here, but most of my friends work with me and to be honest, i dont want too many work people knowing, plus they keep giving me the "pityful" look which is making me feel worse lol

Oh Puzzled, you don't deserve to be treated like that! He's a fool and you are clearly too good for him! I know it isn't any consolation but you are so young you have plenty of time to get over this and find a lovely man.
A friend at work was devorced at 23 but she is doing fine now, don't worry that you are the only one to be seperated at that age.
Sorry if I'm not helping, I'm sending big hugs!!!!

puzzled - £500 isnt a great amount to live on is it
Can i suggest rather than worry about getting furniture etc you get onto some sites and look for flat shares or rooms for rent? Then the room will be furnished for you and you will have use of everything else even if it is shared. I know I did this a few yrs back and paid £55 a week to live in a huuuuge house with a family and a few other lodgers. I stayed just over a year and my bills where all included in that £55 - right down to broadband internet! I just think this way you will have a lot more disposable income to yourself, or to help clear off your debts a little quicker.
*hugs* it cant be an easy time! but you will get through it, honest xx0 -
Puzzled, if you haven't already; then check out Freecycle, it's an e-mail group which takes some getting used to; but once you get into it; you can get hold of LOADS of free stuff; especially furniture etc.
I understand about the pitying looks; you can let them know when you are ready; meanwhile chat to us as much as you want:) xxPersonal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T

Thanks everyone
I am looking postiviely at the money front since i thought i was going to lend up with all of the debt as its all in my name which would have been over £700 a month.
I am waiting for a friend to get back from holiday - she has a room going in her house which is around the £250 mark a month so i can manage that (they split the bills 3 ways each month as and when they come in as far as i remember so its a case of saving for when that time comes).
Failing that im going to move in with my nanna, it will mean around £240 a month petrol costs (minimum) but she wont take rent so i can save a bit more.
I just feel like i should be doing something, like i need to do something practical to fix it, or that i should be really angry, but im just numb, i havent really been crying much since yesterday either.
Thanks for all the support everyone

Aww, let yourself be numb for a bit; the rest will come. By the sounds of it, you have got the practical financial things sussed, and you have family who wont let you go homeless or starve (!!!!) so just take things a day at a time and let yourself come to terms with it. I have been married for nearly 3 years and I cannot imagine how I would feel if things ended now and for no reason; and can see how you are just in shock.
I guess your head needs chance to catch up with your heart or vice versa; but you dont need to do anything to speed that up xPersonal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T

thanks BF,
I do have support, my nan has been amazing and ive got some very good friends who wont see me out in the cold - i just feel stupid, stupid that i gave this man my heart and soul (and financial commitment) and he just decides he doesnt want me anymore and thats it, game over.
I am looking better than ever, maintained the weightloss, getting my hair done and taking care of my appearance and even with all that im not good enough.
Its all backwards and everyone else that knows me is as shocked as me - i have heard from his family and they are saying the same, that they are shocked and that he is being a pillock - but just because im right doesnt make it any better - i feel so crap at the moment its all odd - and work is quiet which doesnt help becuase i have too much time to dwell on things.

MEN!!! Don't let this knock your confidence about yourself though.
I'v been thinking that we need a little "Party", when Jo gets back why don't we all try to be online at the same time so we can all chat together and make it into a little celebration!
