Quick update from me as I am still at 2nd job (but boss has popped out for a minute, so I thought I'd hop on here...naughty!!
).
Anyway, I weighed in at lunchtimeand, as suspected, had put on again. But...it was only up ½lb so I am pretty relieved about that (was scared I was going to bounce back up into the next stone mark again, but I haven't
). I have still lost 8½lbs since joining this thread, therefore I am not failing. (Positive mental attitude, see?!
). So, I am now back "in the zone" and detemind to try hard again for next week - I am going to blitz that ½lb right back off again and hopefully a few of its little friends with it! :rotfl:
Money-wise, things are OK at the moment. And I have agreed to work tomorrow and Sunday, which will be handy money-wise, even if I do have to wear a name tag at home to remind Mr Pand Piglet Puss
who I am because I'm there so rarely at the moment...
Better go - catch you all later.

Morning all,
I'm in myself as sister has an eye infection, my family are dropping like flies at the moment:rotfl:
I've not been doing much on the healthy eating front, I just haven't had the time or motivation just now because I've had a lot going on.
Hopefully, it will all pass and I can get back to normal. Things have been very difficult with the family and the shop not being busy, but I hope that it will all turn around and start to get better. (It can't get any worse I hope!!).
People seem to be hanging onto their money now because of all the stuff going on and the telly doesn't help matters. It's all doom and gloom on that just now.
I really hope that I can get one of these jobs because I am becoming desperate:eek: .
The only way is up!!!!!!!!!!
Speak to you later,

Morning Girls. OO weather S***e isn't it ? rained no stop since yesterday morning.
Glad to report today had my best ever night at work, coffee water and fruit. This morning I have the runs, but not poorly. think its just the liquids and fruit. Feel fine though.
PIGLET thats fab going 8.5 down since chatting on here. wooo hooo. I am now looking for a second job again. As my second job was helping friend with her husband but sadly he died. So i am too am looking for a second job as i am going to be down £100+ a month. I am looking into the Alteration thing, I have decided to write out a couple of ads for the shops and see how it goes. Keep it up you sound tip top. I'm sure you will continue to do well.
WTBAS i am so with you on that one. I love food, like everything. Its my fave pastime. Every minute is a fight with myself not to eat. Living Hell isn't it. But we will battle on and on and on and on. I bit the bullet and measured my waist yesterday OMG OMG OMG 42" I was gutted, thought I would be 39sh but not over 40. It made me cry. Think that help me have a good night-shift.
Lynne your family not doing to well at the moment. It has to be a strain on you ? You will get a job, i am sure of it. What are your plans for the shop when you get your new job ? Take care and hang in there.

Hi Jo,
I will need to hang onto the shop for the forseeable future I don't think it would sell in the current climate.
It has been a strain with all that's being going on, I feel as if I am on autopilot most of the time, as if things are not real? Do you know what I mean?
I'm sure everything will pan out, but it's just a pity that you have to have carp times in your life.
That's the way it goes,

Tbh, I can barely remember why I chose it. Comes from the town that my family originally came from about 200 years ago, plus my favourite hobby of buying stuff!Simple really!
Will be sat on my backside indoors today watching football, until later on to go to the gym (where they have Sky) to watch the US Open Semi tennis. Hopefully another 500-600 calories burnt off later today.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
Hi all
Am having problems sleeping tonight......so thought I would just boost this back up the page so that you can all find it easily tomorrow (well, later today!).
I think I am over-tired at the moment and this is stopping me sleeping. I have been working at 2nd job all this week and the shortest day I have done is 11hrs(!!). I have even taken holiday from 1st job (Monday and Tuesday) this week and next so that I can work at 2nd?!?! Even though this is very good for the bank account (and let's face it, whose account doesn't need a little boost in this economic climate?!), I think I may have taken on a little more than I can chew... Still, its only until Friday, then I have next weekend off - its Mr P's bday on the Sunday, so his parents are coming to stay for the weekend...luckily, they are lovely people, so won't mind if I fall asleep in the armchair halfway through a conversation!! :rotfl:
On the plus side, while I am working such long hours, Mr P is keeping on top of all the housework, so I have had no cooking, washing
or washing up
to do this week - love him!!
Anyway, I am going to try and sleep now, because I have to be at work for 8am, so there's not a lot of "sleep-time" left...
Hope you all have a good Sunday!

piglet your onto a fab one with him doing washing, dishes and cooking!!!!!
Hello to everyone this fine Sunday (except Lynne who we all know by now is at her mums lol) Im having a rubbish day, feeling flu like. Felt the same yesterday, only today my back is a lot sorer (is sorer a word lol?). So not been exercising yesterday and doubtful today. I did manage to stop myself making a cake last night though! Was having such a sugar craving and had all the stuff in that would let me bake lol, but i said "no Emma, touch the cake making stuff and you will only end up eating the whole cake yourself... with that cream thats in the fridge! so stay well away!!!" lol. Tbh, i know this week ill not have exercised as much as i have been wanting to but id still like a loss when it comes to Tuesdays weigh in. Im sick of maintain! Just 1lb will do me lol any more would have me ecstatic! Anywho off for a wee lay down, hope every ones keeping well though and the rain isnt keeping you down too much! x0 -
