Thanks for this great post. I have spent the last few days trying to decide what to order. Every day I have checked and more and more has sold out. So today I took the plunge and managed to get the last Milos in white and the last Candy in white. Can't wait for them to arrive now. Had to have a purse to match as well!!

As predicted....

Got an email from them this morning.
Despite telling me last week that they would send my order they will now not be sending ANY of it due to lack of stock.
I am furious. :mad:
I placed an order for £136 over a week ago.

I had exactly the same problem, did you manage to sort it out? The free delivery code was accepted but when I tried to check out with a debit card (which definitely has funds in the account!) it said it wasn't authorised. I tried with a credit card and it's gone through OK. Maybe their site just doesn't like debit cards Fingers crossed that I'm actually going to get my bag if Clutterfree's experience is anything to go by!

I don't understand why they would let you order if they are not in stock? It must be really frustrating for you. I hope your new order is problem free

I had the same problem tried all my debit cards and my mastercard and just kept coming up unauthorised:mad: . All my accounts are fine with money in them but they just wouldn't except it. I emailed them to ask if there was a problem with their site but I haven't heard anything back from them and to make matters worse my Mum's were delivered today and their lovely.:(
