Just to let you know Clutterfree, I have had the same problem. I placed an order on 23/7 which was accepted however by yesterday I still had not received an email telling me that it had been despatched. When I checked on the website my order was still showing as order accepted.
I emailed Kipling who have just replied saying that "due to exceptional circumstances" they have had to cancel my order.
Surely if there is not the stock when you try to buy why does the website accept the order and take all of your credit card details etc.

I've wanted a Kipling bag for ages and just ordered a new one for work. After reading all these emails about problems with stock and despatching, I hope mine turns up!

I have had the same problem as Clutterfree and JazF. Ordered on 24/7. Yesterday order was still showing as accepted so I e-mailed them, only to receive an e-mail this morning saying my order has been cancelled. I ordered 4 items and now 1 of the items is showing as out of stock. I have re-ordered the other 3 items - fingers crossed this order will be ok!

I ordered a Jeel bag last night. It was showing at full price but when I clicked on to the cherry red colour it was half price. I put the code in and got free postage.

I will be very disappointed if I don't get my bag !

I bought a kipling across the body bag from TK Maxx a few days ago it was 'blue denim' and reduced from almost £40 to £11 so worth popping into your local TK Maxx if can't get a bargain direct.

For the people who have actually got their bags - how long does the Kipling site normally take to process orders? I ordered mine 2 days ago so I'm not too worried yet, but they haven't taken any money out of my account yet and the order status still says "order accepted". I've only ordered 1 bag, which is still showing as in stock, so I hope I'll get it!

got mine today.they tried to deliver yesterday. i ordered mine on 23/7.
they are great.charlie galactic blue although it looks very small it holds a purse, brolly and a phone. stay sm banana green ,looks better than the pics. thats xmas pressies sorted and a yuzu med that holds loads ! great holiday bag.
going to see if i can order some more. thanks.great post.

I ordered an Asther M on 27th it arrived today. I ordered a further two bags yesturday, so I'm hoping they'll arrive as promptly.

I entered the free delivery code with both orders and it was accepted.

Not happy with UPS! I ordered Yacht L & a purse (both Cherry & Free postage) - they tried to deliver at 10am on Friday & altho I leapt out of shower and ran they'd left, Monday I waited around at 10 (as they're meant to deliver at the same time the next day), then had to go out - they actually tried to deliver at 1.30.

Yesterday I sat in living room all day waiting for them (didn't want to go upstairs as heavily pregnant and might not get downstairs in time) and they didn't show up. At 4 I checked their tracking page and apparently they came at 11am! They didn't knock, ring the bell or leave a card - hmmmm!? They said i could pick up parcel from Kentish Town (about 1 hr away in heavy traffic - thanks!) and 'could only say sorry'.

They said they'd request it again for this am and it 'should be around 11am' - well I'm still waiting! !!!!!!! How hard is it to deliver a parcel???
