I am truly sorry that some of you have had cancelled orders. That's a real shame. Personally, I have never had a problem with Kipling or any of their subsidaries so I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

For what it's worth, I always recommend complaining for bad service regardless of the company or nature of the complaint, so I would urge you to do this direct with Kipling if you're not happy.

After having my order cancelled, I re-ordered 3 bags in separate orders in case 1 wasn't available and the whole order was cancelled again! Two of my orders have just been dispatched, although it looks like the other one will be cancelled again (radio gogo bag)! I'm really looking forward to receiving my first 2 kipling bags! Thanks very much Sammy Girl for the original post - you've saved me a lot of money! :T

Thank you so much Sammy Girl for the post. I placed 2 orders, one on Sunday and another on Monday. Both my orders arrived complete yesterday and I am thrilled to bits with the savings. Also treated dd who was very pleased. Glad the prices have now gone up again, otherwise I might have been tempted to place another order!!

Alas, the sale is over

The time had to come I guess. I was going to order another Milos today, but obviously this is fate telling me I probably don't need another one!!

Ebags is great, although they seem to have so many bags in lilac in the sale. I have one lilac bag, but it's not really an everyday colour, so I don't feel the need for another.

Maybe I shall save up my Kipling fund and have a splurge in the New Year Sale!!!!

I hope everyone enjoys their purchases and commiserations to thos who missed out.

Thanks so much for this site. After getting my both deliveries (over £250) from kipling, i decided to order more. unfortunately, the sale has finished. Felt so disappointed. But thought could save some money. Then got back to this thread. Saw above message. Went throughthe site. Ordered 2 more bags --might be 2 last ones there. got 1 grapevine (aqua marine) & rose (pink crush). The price of rose was cheaper than kipling itself. i paid £29 for a sandstone one.

Will order from them again if the service is good. Thanksssss.

Thanks everyone. I ordered an ORIGINAL in snake fox and it's fantastic. Wanted to order again but the sale is over. Does anyone know if they have a 50% sale at Christmas/New Year?
