Waitrose £15 off a £50 shop VOUCHER CODE

Got my shopping delivered yesterday, very pleased. Total came to £29.69 after all discounts. Will definately be using the second voucher!

We went to Waitrose to collect my order today. They had missed one of the 3 for 2 items off, only giving us 2. In addition, the total price was just under £3 more that I had calculated. My wife was happy to leave at that point but I asked for the missing multi buy and said I was not happy about being charged a different amount than I had calculated. I am not a Money Sabing Expert for nothing:rolleyes:. As a gesture of goodwill the difference was refunded to my card. Full marks therefore to Waitrose. I shall certainly do a second order before 31 August:D

It would certainly help if the multi buy deductions were made when the order is made and I cannot understand why it isn't. Both the partner(staff member) and her supervisor agreed with me on this point.

Unfortunately multiple voucher codes can't be used on one shop.....Nice try though>:T

Prices aren't confirmed until the day of delivery as that is when you will be charged, therefore the multibuys etc can't be taken off until then.

OK, thanks, it would have been nice, but £15 off is still a good deal!

I emailed the Waitrose discount page to my daughter in Sheffield. So, as far as she knew she had entered the code correctly and sat waiting tonight for her delivery. Unfortunately she found out that the code hadn't worked when the delivery came - she phoned up expecting them to refund the discount but no! It was her fault for not checking that the voucher had worked correctly and had taken delivery ... well "what about some money vouchers then" ... no, but we'll let you use the voucher code another two times! So much for the famed JL customer service!!

She entered the code but there must have been a glitch because when the order arrived the discount hadn't been taken off!

Yes, the order was £59. She's decided to write to them as there was also a quality issue with a couple of the items. I must say I've used Ocado since they started and have never had any problems and I will continue to use them in the future.
