Just tried to use the vouchers but if you go to waitrose deliver they will only allow you to pick from their entertaining range not normal groceries at all! Maybe just my local Shop but anybody else have this problem?0
-
I picked from a full range of items then at the end entered my £15 code. No problems at all, the offers and multibuys are deducted from the total when the goods are collected! To Dare is To Do:beer:0

I'm wondering now if it'll arrive by bike!

WShere is the voucher code you have to put in when on-line shopping please?
I have searched the site but to no avail.
When I have used Asda's voucher codes, you get a box in which toput the code just before you put your card details in, BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE CODE. sorry it's just gone all caps.0 -
Where can you find the Voucher Code to enter when you shop please?0

Waitrose deliver is a completely different service to Ocado (who just deliver on behalf of waitrose), its not available in all areas yet.
Just placed my first order online with them, rather buy from them than other supermarkets, but then i'm biased as i work for them0 -

Ocado are a separate company completely not a courier company.
WaitroseDeliver is Waitrose's own online grocery service where goods are picked from stock in one of the 73 selected branches of Waitrose for delivery (if your postcode is in the catchement area) or collection (but collect only from these selected online branches NOT every branch).
Ocado are a different company entirely who have entered into partnership with Waitrose. So all the goods you buy from Ocado are picked from the Ocado warehouse (but are Waitrose products). The promotions and prices on Ocado may differ from those in Waitrose. The offer in this thread DOES NOT work on the Ocado website.
I found that if you put your postcode in the "register" box on www.waitrosedeliver.com it will say if they deliver groceries in your area, and if not you can click on the drop down box and all 73 branches you can collect from are listed alphabetically. So if you are not in a delivery area you can select one of those 73 branches to collect from and still use the code.0 -
Dear all,
Waitrose Deliver comes direct from your local branch, not from a warehouse and is hand picked by partners in the business who have a vested interest in giving you the best possible shop. Ocado is a seperate company who buys Waitrose products and your shopping is picked in a warehouse. Ocado have NO accountability to Waitrose for the quality of your shop.
Offer codes need to be entered when you checkout, and there is a box at the bottom of the screen that says "Other Codes" or "Other Offers" can't remember exactly which.
Your estimated order has to exceed £50, it doesn't matter what the final figure you pay is, after all the discounts and offer codes are taken off.
There are currently several offers on the go, but they are all restricted to the number of orders you have already placed.
Free34 is free delivery charge on your 1st three orders only
Free123 is £5, £10 and £15 pounds off your 1st three orders only, however if you are now on your 2nd or 3rd shop one of those values will still come off your order.
Free15 is £15 off your 1st two shops only.
If you are not currently in an area delivered to from branch, you will be offered the Ocado service automatically. If you register with Waitrose.com/deliver then any new offers will be emailed to you.
Happy ShoppingIf i need it I can't afford it

Thanks for that info. Can you use multiple codes on the same shop? In particular, can I use one of my £15 off your first two shops codes with the free delivery code that you've mentioned here?
ThanksStompa0
