I just tried shopping with Waitrose Deliver & found many of my items had multi-buy or price reduction promotions, which would have reduced my bill by nearly £10 at checkout. Before I got there though, they pulled the promotions on 10 of my items! Luckily I realised before check out. As I was going to arrange delivery for 3 days time, my bill would have been £10 higher than expected if they had pulled these deals in the meantime:eek:
5 minutes later I checked my trolley again and another £3 of reductions had been wiped! £13 is a big difference when you're aiming for a bill of approx £50 so as to get the £15 off! Don't think I'll be risking this deal as I wouldn't be certain of the approximate final bill.0 -
I've just used

successfully. I went for all of their meat offers and will have a good base for the freezer.0 -
I spent ages looking for these codes, never found them, so rang Waitrose Customer Services who told me Waitrose HAD NOT given permission for the codes to be used and they were individual codes sent to specific shoppers. Plus I am not in their delivery area and can only pick up. Plus they made me wait ages on hold until they could even verify what I was talking about. Complete waste of an hour. And still no cheaper shopping. I only buy at Ocado when they send me the £15 off voucher which is rare. However their service is excellent and their deliverydrivers very pleasant. I use https://www.mysupermarket.co.uk - it saves me a LOT of money. Roxy0

I used the code as it was in Martins email and it specifically said they had given permission for it to be distributed. Most of my order is bogof so i will have saved loads. Thanks Martin:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I got these vouchers too. It specifically says I must spend £50 or more to qualify. However, when I shop online it says: "Estimated Cost does not include the savings made on Multisave offers. These will be deducted when your Personal Shopper picks your order". So do I just have to ensure that my estimated cost exceeds £50, or is it the actual cost (after savings deductions)?Stompa0

Hoping its estimated cost because mine will come in at about £35 after deductions. I only bought bogofs and good offers,The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Yes, I was hoping that too, but it would be handy to know for sure before ordering!Stompa0 -

Go to this website anr register: https://www.waitrosedeliver.com/wdeliver/app/shop
I registered yesterday and bought several special offers totalling £65.90, minus the £15 voucher plus the £3 charge for store pick up. I reckon I have bought 21 meals for the wife and I not ncluding 3 tubs of ice cream that were reduced and some dishwasher tablets:D I am well chuffed:D
I telephoned the Customer service 0800 number to confirm that the special multibuys would still be valid when I pick up next week and they confirmed that they would be:D
Good luck with your order! To Dare is To Do:beer:0 -
It's a bit confusing but when I went to Waitrosedeliver I was given this :
Your shopping options for postcode ?????:Shop online for Groceries and Entertaining
Order your groceries online, then collect from selected branches
Alternatively Ocado, our partner company, can deliver to you
More Information on Groceries...Shop for party and celebration food online, then collect from any Waitrose branchMore Information on Entertaining...Grocery and Entertaining items may be combined within the same slot if available
looks like they are trying any option to get your business.0
