Awesome piece of kit and well worth the cash.. Bit pieved that i bought the 7.2M one 3 weeks ago!
Not sure why you should be peeved with the 7.2M. You should easily be able to print A4 size photographs and maybe even close to A3 size photographs with that many pixels...how often would you need to print bigger photos than that ? Most people think that more the pixels the better the camera. I am perfectly happy with my 4M pixel camera as I will never print anything bigger than the A4 size.0 -
Is this a good deal for a point and shoot user?0

I have probably posted this in the wrong place but as people seem to be having trouble with codes it may help. Just come across this site:-
http://www.vouchercodes.com/
Look under C for Comet and there are all sorts of codes. Use this inline with Quidco and it hopefully is win win win.

Unfortunately most of these sites post out of date codes..some years old...and this lot seem no different...of the one sI have tried all are expired....appreciate your efforts though.0 -
Thanx for this great offer, i've been looking at these cameras for a while now and still never knew which one was best to buy as its my first digi camera. I decided to go through comet through topcashback and have to have it delivered as i don't live anywhere near any of the electrical stores, i can't wait to get it now and am very excited at trying it out.....

thanks makinprogress. I'd decided a few weeks ago to buy a new camera when I realised that my old Ixus was only 2.1mp! Been shopping around and also tried my Mum's casio 12.MP camera which I liked, but was tempted to stick with cannon. Had decided on the Ixus 90is, but was waiting for a special offer.
I;m really glad I did cos I have now bought the casio instead at less than half what I was prepared to pay for the Ixus!
Hurrah! Thanks for the spot!Not buying clothes for a year - it's liberating!0 -
Nearly bought one of these cameras in May for £179.99 from Dixons at Manchester Airport, but thought I'd wait until I got back off holiday. Glad I did, saw it advertised on tv, so bought 2 of them. A black 1 for me and a pink 1 for the wife. I got £15 off the pink 1 with a code off pricedash.com, don't know if the code is still active. Got 2x16Gig sd cards for £43.35 each from memorybits.co.uk.0
