Hi, you wont be able to make a bread dough base but you could make a scone type dough base

There is a few recipes for this type of base online and they are nice just different. I sometimes add a bit of cheese to the base if I use this mix for an extra bit of flavour

Thanks ever so much that was my back up plan (personally I prefer a scone base but the squids aren't as keen - hey ho)

You can use the plain flour for your pizza base as you don't need as big a rise for pizza as you do for a loaf. Though it is also possible to make bread with plain flour (eg the artisan bread recipe doesn't need strong bread flour) but it doesn't have such a dense texture. Enjoy your pizza!

    hi :)

you can use plain flour for bread & pizza, it might not rise quite as much as using bread flour though

possibly better sticking to the scone base as happy35 suggests if you're unsure
