    already been posted!

you can get sub £350 with codes from Hotdeals, quidoco and also a staff member.

Good for the size but i would get a smaller one which is better quality.

can we please make a deal whereby when someone posts about a cheaper than normal telly or similar, no-one else trounces them by saying how its not the best in its class, or not a superior enough spec...
    it's getting tiresome

Its a LCD TV not a Plasma or are we not allowed to mention these things on what is supposed to be a "discussion forum"

http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.202-6334.aspx ( not sold out on the net either)

I agree with earlier poster, a smaller screen better quality TV is better IMO.

ha ha - you just couldn't help yourself could you? :rotfl:
I was just being grumpy cos everytime someone is really excited about spotting a TV bargain and tries to share it with everyone, they get the wind knocked out of their sails by other MSEers saying 'actually its not such a bargain cos its not a very good product - you can get better - i certainly wouldn't go for it' etc and it seems mean to be like that EVERY time someone tries to help...

I think it is important that people DO advise about poor quality TV,s though.

As a TV size gets larger the picture quality is much more important.
There are a LOT of TV,s out there with truly dreadful picture problems.

Your avarage layman bargain hunter doesnt realise this and just sees the " inches per pound" ratio.

A few weeks later they will find the picture problems really annoying.

You can buy a 42" Samsung Plasma for £539 from dixons website.

Only downfall is that its not 1080, which is not really that noticeable unless you have a HD source which we dont.
