ASDA and Morrisons new 50p items

Couldnt see this posted, they are at it again, think Morrisions is an ongoing one. Did search but couldnt see this posted.

Asda will drop the price of 12 core groceries to 50p for this weekend. The cost of a basket of the products - including iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, sausages, eggs and butter - will fall from £11.24 to £6. Morrisons is cutting the price of eight lines to 50p for a week from Monday. These include ham, cheese and tomatoes.

Asda 50p deals are on 250g Beef Mince, 250g Mushrooms, Pkt 8 Sausages,
Mango, Iceberg Lettuce, 500g Coleslaw, Whole cucumber, 6 Pack of Kiwi

Oh very tempting! Only for the weekend though at Asda? They will sell out really quickly on the Saturday morning!

just got back! they had run out of potatoes, minced beef and sausages but i got everything else!! doesnt seem to be a restriction on number of items per transaction - i put mine through the self serve thing and then paid with my 10p collection!!! thank you for posting this offer!!
