    a web design company would touch it... and charge through the nose, and make sure it isn't hosted on their main hosting, and then when it gets shut down or collapses, they'd make sure that their contract covers their !!!!, as they did just what the client wanted... create a website...

    apperently there is this website that answers most things
    all you do is type in your question and press the search button and like some form of black magic you get the answer...
    google.com or something.
    The orginal post in this thread has a very very slim chance of being about money saving. The post is more than likely to ask a question that google could answer better than any of us.
