He was 3 in may, hes such a little monkey but soooooo cute with it! i just work weekday evenings now which is good so i get to spend all day every day with him its fab. Just applied for a new though working 2 full nights a week which would be more money and i would still get the rest of the week off, to spend with him. I have an interview just need to wait for date to be confirmed so fingers crossed xx***** on the road to debt freedom *****

Good Luck with the new job opp Bella, really hope it comes off for you.
Ideally if DH gets job in fire service, and we move up north we'll be ok money wise so I wont have to work, and when the debts are paid off we'll be pretty well off even just on his salary.
here;s hoping on both counts anyway!
Hey Doodle, how you doing hun? Had a good weekend?
Crikey just realised how many challenges you've got going on? I'm well impressed.
Might attempt the Sept NSD..... shouldnt be difficult if the Bean (who has now been promoted to Grape) plays the same game and calms down now so I can get through the days without a craving for Starbucks cheese and marmite panninis.... You knwo you've got a problem when the staff keep one aside from you after you explain after 2 days that it was morning sickness and that was the only thing that made you feel better....
Appaling I know! LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Yeah had a nice quiet weekend this weekend as hubby been away so just me and my little girl. Spent today painting with her. Very messy but great fun. She had a top on but still managed to get paint on her belly
Yeah hope I am not over comitting to these challenges but I feel very motivated at the moment and very determined to hit by £8k paid of this year. I am not on target so really need to go for it in these last few months.
The NSD challenge is perfect for me as I am terrible when I am at work, I always end up not doing a pack up so get a sarnie in town, then I'll probably grab a magazine to read while munching, then a couple of bottles of diet coke.......etc etc you get the idea lol. Before I know it I have spent £8 and have nothing to show for it apart from a full rubbish bin lol.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

thanks cafc, i hope it goes well too!!!
will be nice for you if you have to work after you had baby, these years are soooooo precious and they go so fast. Hope your cravin changes to a cheaper one haha. My cravin was beef hula hoops, white choclate and airwaves ummmm i was litterally eating half a pack of airways at once yumm!!***** on the road to debt freedom *****

it was curry for a few evenings, and then it was salt and vinegar snak a jaks....
I've already decided I'll take the full year off and I will leave the job ive got now anyway when we move as there is no chance of relocation... will just depend on whether i decide to get another job at all.... possibly part time just for entertainment, or volunteer if we're ok money wise....
Its quite amusing to see what I'll fancy next.... one would like to hope its apples and bananas and all things healthy but thats highly unlikely, esp as Grape seems to take after me and DH in our love of munchies!
Doodle - Im the exact same with lunches, last week I spent at least £4 a day...shocking really! So desperate for the sickness to clear up so I can at least "be able" to take in a sandwich and crisps and fruit (gna have to try on that one) and "be able" to eat it.....
So after the sickness goes, i'll have no excuses really LOL.....
Have worked out that if I want my I.F credit card paid off by christmas I need to pay £187 to it each month.... not entirely convinced that I can manage it.... obv if OH gets the full time job (before fire service job starts)then should be do-able.... if not wont be possible at all....
